Embark on a thrilling 25-day RV motorhome road trip from Halifax to Kelowna, filled with scenic landscapes, fascinating attractions, and memorable family experiences.
Our journey began at the vibrant Halifax Waterfront, where we strolled along the boardwalk, enjoying fresh seafood and local shops. As we headed towards Quebec, the Aquarium of Quebec captivated us with its diverse marine life, making it a perfect stop for our kids.
Montreal's Olympic Park was next, offering a mix of sports history and breathtaking views from the Montreal Tower. We then made our way to Ottawa, visiting the Canada Aviation and Space Museum, which fascinated everyone with its impressive collection of aircraft and space exhibits.
Continuing west, we explored the serene Pinguisibi Trailhead, a peaceful break from our travels. Fort William Historical Park in Thunder Bay transported us back in time with its immersive historical reenactments. Regina's Rolling Robot Tours provided a fun, techy twist to our adventure, and the nearby RCMP Heritage Centre showcased the storied history of the Mounties.
As we entered Alberta, the Hoodoos Trail amazed us with its unique rock formations. The Alberta 838-Dinosaur Trail in Drumheller was a hit with the whole family, offering an exciting glimpse into prehistoric times. The Banff Gondola lifted us to new heights, offering panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies that we will never forget.
As we approached British Columbia, the Salmon Arm Waterslides provided a fun-filled day of splashes and laughter. Finally, our journey culminated in Kelowna, where the Mission Park Shopping Centre offered a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some retail therapy.
Throughout our trip, we relied heavily on our RV route planner to ensure a smooth journey. Road trip planning was crucial, so we made sure to plan for frequent stops, pack plenty of snacks, and keep an itinerary handy. This helped us make the most of our adventure while keeping the trip fun and stress-free for everyone.
