Our 11-day motorhome road trip from Nashville to Boston was an adventure-packed journey through the heart of the East Coast. We began our journey at the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, where we saw a wide variety of animals and learned about conservation efforts in the region.
Next, we visited the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, where we learned about the history of country music and saw iconic artifacts from famous musicians. We then headed to BB King's Blues Club in Nashville, where we enjoyed a night of live music and delicious southern-style food.
As we continued our journey, we stopped at the breathtaking Natural Bridge State Park, where we hiked the Appalachian Trail and took in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We also visited the Monacan Ancestral Museum, which offered a fascinating look at the history and culture of the Monacan people.
In Washington DC, we explored the National Mall, where we saw iconic landmarks such as the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial. We also shopped at the Tanger Outlets National Harbor and enjoyed a meal at the historic Old Ebbitt Grill.
As we made our way towards Boston, we stopped at Hershey's Chocolate World and the charming Amish Village, where we learned about the simple lifestyle and traditions of the Amish community.
Finally, we arrived in Boston and explored the historic Independence National Historical Park, where we saw landmarks such as the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. We also visited the famous Reading Terminal Market, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food.
We then made our way to Central Park in New York City, where we rented bicycles and explored the beautiful park. We also took a ferry ride to see the Statue of Liberty up close and visited Six Flags New England for some thrilling roller coaster rides.
Our trip ended on a high note with a visit to Harvard University and the iconic Faneuil Hall Marketplace, where we shopped for souvenirs and enjoyed some local cuisine. Overall, our motorhome road trip from Nashville to Boston was an unforgettable journey full of adventure, learning, and fun.
