In Vesterålen, Dukkehuset was a delightful surprise, especially for the kids—an enchanting collection of dolls and toys set in a cozy, nostalgic atmosphere. It was a wonderful contrast to the next leg of our journey: a deep dive into history at Lofotr Viking Museum, where we walked through a reconstructed Viking longhouse, tried axe-throwing, and even feasted like ancient Norse warriors.

Continuing south, our campervan trip in Norway took us to Moskenes Adventures, offering some of the most stunning coastal views we had ever seen. Exploring the wild beauty of the Lofoten Islands in an RV was a dream come true, with endless opportunities for hiking, fishing, and photography.

Before making our way back, we took a break at Nordlandsbadet, a family-friendly water park—perfect for unwinding after days of adventure. And of course, no road trip planning in this region would be complete without witnessing the natural marvel of Narvik Geyser, a rare thermal feature in the Arctic landscape.
